Spring Break Problems

To: Conchas Chinas Home Owners I am writing this letter to you to express my concern with the Mondavi Resort by QDM at 127 Paseo Los Conchas Chinas. During the Week of March 10th, guests held parties numerous days and nights with more than 200 people attending. These people were loud, rude , drunk and caused serious damage to a car parked below. Liquor bottles, beer cans, rail light fixtures , cell phones were all thrown over from their balcony to the street below. Someone walking below could have been killed. Management at the said resort was approached and made no effort to stop the outrageous behavior or to compensate the victim for the damage to his car. The area around this resort is NOT safe!! I am a renter here but urge all home owners to take safety of Conchas Chinas an imperative issue. I urge you to send emails and phone calls to protest Mondavi’s disregard for your community .
